- Aged 60 or Over
- Under 17 years old
- Under 19 years old and in Full Time Education
- Income Support
- Income based job seekers allowance
- Income related employment and support allowance
- Pension guarantee credit
- Tax credit exemption certificate
- HG2 Certificate
- Registered Blind or Partially Sighted
- Glaucoma / Diabetes Sufferers
- Diagnosed at Risk of Glaucoma by an Ophthalmologist
- Over 40 and Parent/ Brother/ Sister/ Child of a person with Glaucoma
- Complex Lenses
